OUTREACH
The Foundation is committed to serving in
outreach to educate, communicate, and promote the mission of the LTC.
Foundation initiatives support this mission via several mediums including
television, radio, print, events, and community programs such as Job Fairs
and Student Career Expos. One successful Regional Foundation outreach
initiative is the television information program Check Into The LTC.
Check into the LTC is made possible
between a partnership of the LTC and
Acadiana Open Channel (AOC) of
Lafayette. Check into the
LTC is a half-hour program that provides information regarding the Louisiana
Technical College Greater Acadiana Region. The show is taped monthly (2
shows per month) and is currently guest-hosted.
Acadiana Open
Channel broadcasts to an extensive geographic area and Check into the LTC is
seen throughout the following parishes: Acadia, Iberia, Lafayette, St.
Martin, Vermilion. Check your local listing for air times.
